”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. ”This place is a gem. Found via google search / Expedia. 10 out of 10 for everything. Service, food. The rooms were beautiful and excellent value for money. Perfect stop en-route to Southampton for cruising. Staff were so polite and accommodating. We arrived with 9 mins to spare before kitchen closed and we were served one of the best steak meals I have ever had. Brilliant! Cannot recommend this place enough. ”
