Beautiful room , very smart and clean, lovely river views, comfy bed and spotless linen.Only downside to room 19 is the noise during the day and early eve from people eating below on the terrace, but very quiet overnight. Also before 9am in the morning, hammer banging and electric drill noise outside window next to our headboard, suggest workmen check if room occupied before commencing work! The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. ”Spent one night here after visiting the Southampton Boat Show, perfect location and a short walk to the show entrance as well as to the high street.
The double room was immaculate and modern. The bathroom was immaculate too with a large walk in shower and had thick fluffy towels.
The room has tea/coffee facilities, bottled water and biscuits too. TV in the wall was clear.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

”Fantastic place to stay. Excellent restaurant with a great choice of food and wine.
The room was clean and tidy and well appointed.

”A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌”
