”Generally the rooms are to a high standard. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff really friendly. Easy car parking. Only quibble is that we tried to book another 2 day stay, the system didn’t allow this - wanted 3 or more: this may vary with time of year.”

”Lovely clean room, staff very friendly especially the chef at breakfast. Good choice of hot and cold breakfast options regularly topped up so everything is nice and fresh. 5 minute walk to tourist attractions, bars and restaurants however still in a quiet. Only tiny thing for me is that I like bread rolls and cheese slices with my breakfast and they only had sliced bread (brown and white) but that was a tiny point :)”

”Excellent location and friendly staff! There was a lovely lady called jules on the reception who was very helpful throughout my stay. Only bad thing is that the windows in the room don’t open so air can feel quite foisty but the aircon was good”

”The room was spacious, large beds, ensuites and a lovely big living space. The lighting was a bit dim, more lamps would be good. Small things didnt work well, ie, no bedside lights, front door wouldnt lock (except for the yale), a bulb was out, we scouldnt get the phone to reception to work and wifi didnt work either.
