”The bathroom had mold. The ceiling tiles are broken. The room really needs a refurb. The main door is broken and sometimes doesn't open or opens very slowly. I've stayed at much better maintained premier inns in the past so this was a huge disappointment.”

”When we arrived on a Saturday late afternoon, it was like entering a nightclub. There was a wedding with an open DJ above the bar area. It was so loud you couldn’t easily hear the staff. When in our room, the music was booming through. We asked to move to another room and they were able to facilitate this. Staff were polite and helpful. The room itself was good; a small but functional bathroom, very comfy bed and good blackout blinds. The window needed a lot of adjustment to close it which took...

”Service, breakfast , spa and hotel are great. We just initially ended up with a bad room, that hadn’t been done up and was very dated and shabby. Reception moved us to a better room on 2nd day.”

”Hôtel très bien situé, facilement accessible de la gare ou de la gare routière. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin non plus, les balades le long du canal sont plutôt agréables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Chester.”
