”We dropped our luggage and left for business meetings. When we came back in the evening, we saw the tub full of termites and also termites on the pillows of the bed. Speaking with the manager to tell him what we saw, he refused a refund. We had to find another accommodation at 9 PM!”

”Nice clean well equipped unit located in a quiet area. We would absolutely rent the unit again and recommend it to family or friends. The host Alberto comminicates well and responds immediately to any questions. ”

”Did not get to experience bar or breakfast, but will go back to hotel. Staff was great and helpful, cuban cafe was very tasty, close to Stetson university.”

”The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.”

”There was mold in the shower . The plastic glassware that was provided was extremely greasy & scratched. Also, I have had month long stays at other properties & every week we were provided fresh linens & paper towels & toilet tissue. We were provided 1 kitchen towel so had to buy them. Bought sheets as didn’t want to be responsible for shoving the nice king size sheets provided into the small washer & dryer as was suggested. A second set was dropped off & not only were they polyester they...

”Nice one bedroom tiny house nestled between a small lake and animal enclosure. Plenty of treats to feed the horse, mini pony, donkey, geese and ducks. Nice little getaway in a rural setting by Lake Helen. House was clean and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the stay.”
