Chalet't – Hontoon Island State Park

”It was super clean and the front desk person was very helpful.”

”When going into the office we were greeted by the rudest person ever. Behind the desk was Carol she was rude not just to me but 2 other couples in different rooms. you left the office in tears with her mean and rude words, This was not my first visit to the resort but Carol made sure it would be my last,”

”My 16yo dgt loved the blackout curtains, one of the pillows on the bed was stained up, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom had big hole in it and there was masking tape over it. The C charger on the wall didn’t work it made the lights flicker when trying to plug in. It was a good deal for one night no longer.”

”This hotel is very rough around the edges and very aged. Needs a complete renovation. The elevator did not work. You had to use the stairs. The doors also do not function correctly and I had to get the desk person to help. Over-all there they need to renovate or I wouldn't stay here again. Its old and not worth the price.”
