”We visited in October. It was a lovely weekend and really got to enjoy the pool and outside area. From check in to check out however the staff was not helpful. We seemed to be bothering the front desk at both check in and check out and both times were approached with “Yeah?” Rather than a simple “How can I help you?” Or maybe even “Hello” Bar staff also did not give us any warm feelings and acted as though we were bothering them by asking for a beverage. The Fish House was very busy the morning...

”If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!”

”The room had built up dirt in every corner. My white socks were dirty after walking from the bed to the bathroom. There was dust on the room divider wood. We were put in a room along the highway. It was very noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

”Really good price”

”Good customer service, clean, pretty good breakfast, but far from European hotel breakfast. The noise of the cars was quite loud. Overall, good though.”

”The hotel itself is older and the price does not compare well for off season, but overall, it was a nice visit.”

”Very high end property. Good location for walking around downtown.”

”We had the best stay!! Everyone was so amazing, very clean, great location, beautiful views!”

”Centrally located and perfect for a weeks stay. Hidden House is great for a light breakfast or glass of wine.”
