”Our room was cosy & clean in the Garden house. We loved the buggies that took us all around the different parts of the estate. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our Sunday dinner was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. The SPA tailored massage treatment given by Sylvia was so amazing. The indoor swimming pool was lovely. The saunas & jacuzzi was so relaxing. We had an amazing Birthday celebration at Beaverbrook. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

”We went for a weekend with our cavapoo. TBH had little treat box, dog towel and little sleeping mat. We brought many of our own things but nice to make him feel welcomed. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful..walking routes, getting us a table for dinner. We had lovely drinks every evening at the bar with a very large fire and our dog with us. ”Parking was okay but we couldn't get the car charger to work. Tried 3 if them. Luckily it's a plug in hybrid so we were able to use petrol instead. Room was good. Staff very helpful. Pool nice but full of members of the club so unable to use all the facilities as the members were using them all the time. Bar was nice, food very good. Restaurant excellent.”

"Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
