”What a great place to stay. We stayed for two nights as my son had eye surgery at a local hospital. The family room was perfect and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond especially when we brought my son back after surgery. They brought extra pillows and blankets for him and let us bring breakfast up to our room in the morning as any sort of daylight was extremely painful for my son’s eyes. ”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
