”This is absolutely one of the worst places to vacation in Antigua, after staying in many other resorts in Antigua, this is by far the worst.
The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The food is the worst I have ever seen. We literally went out to dinner every night after the first night, even though it’s supposed to be an all inclusive. It was so bad.
Their very limited dinner menu has mostly pork and if you want to eat lobster or steak it’s an extra charge. My wife ordered the steak and...

”We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. ”

”The beach and pools were beautiful and clean. The rooms were dirty. There were hairballs and dust everywhere. Did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lunch options were very limited. And food took a long time. We stayed 3 nights and could not get a reservation at the pizza restaurant because they had no room for the group of 7 of us on any night which was ridiculous. Many of the tourists there you could tell were very cheap and trying to save pennies. So they...

”We had the Best room !! Facing the ocean and right over teh beach area. ALL areas of teh resort were very well maintained and cared for. Staff was Very friendly and super nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway !!

”An awesome experience. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and very clean. Never a problem having access to food and drink...24/7. Always something to do, and I really enjoyed the included snorkeling excursions (3 per day)....just make sure to book early. Same with the a couple of their higher end restaurants....be sure to make a reservation ASAP. Having said that, we were able to have great dining experiences at the other restaurants with no reservation...
