”Improvements needed: Fixtures in bathroom require updating and repair Tap was wobbly and not secure to the sink and the shower on/off water temp control was broken which meant extreme hot water and lots of faffing to get it to eventually turn to cool down. Lack of staff available at bar/reception area. Positives: beds super comfy, breakfast excellent, location, value for money. Would stay here again, just hope the tap and showers fixed by then! ”

”We stayed in room 1. The room was large with plenty of storage space and nice furnishings. There were lots of nice touches. A sherry decanter, nice biscuits to go with your tea, a chocolate on your pillow each day and some water in the fridge. The bathroom was large and there was a range of nice toiletries and lovely fluffy towels. The only thing that wasn’t so good was we could hear the people above us walking around, and they certainly walked! However I appreciate that this is due to the age...
