”My last visit couple years ago wasn’t the best; but this year was amazing. I was given a room that accommodated myself and my two children, the staff were amazing and the food is still top notch. A little disappointed about the service fees on room service (also the limited food options), but my overall stay was pretty good.”

”Amazing trip as usual everyone is so kind and helpful amazing rooms pool and beach. Addition of kids water slides since our last visit - our kids had so much fun!!!!!!!! The main beach accessibility to pool and buffet etc but sunset cove is the hidden gem if you can find it. The entertainment team is amazing special shout out to Asheen who loved my kids and took such great care of them they are still talking about him!!!! Ashley at front desk obsessed with her she brought my kids little trinkets...

”Plentiful variety of food choices. Reservations to the speciality restaurants were easy to obtain via the app. My room in building One was cleaned daily. The staff was always friendly. You feel truly welcomed. This was my second trip to this resort. My one and only complaint would be the entertainment was much better in 2024, but it was nice to see some familiar faces, shout outs to Scottie, Shinshin, Geegee and Tafari. ”We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. ”Resort and staff were great, but the food is absolutely terrible. The only thing that kept us alive was the breakfast buffet and the BBQ jerk chicken on the beach, for lunch. We were lucky enough to snag reservations for dinner off the resort. Entertainment is…interesting. Seems like they cater to teens /children entertainment wise. Drinks are decent and resort is well maintained. Some staff members have an attitude but were helpful overall”
