Ikävä kyllä hotellilla taisi olla vaikeuksia rekrytoinneissa, sillä esim. aamiaisella lähes kaikki henkilökunta näytti teini-ikäisiltä kesätyöntekijöiltä, ja check-outissa oli pitkä jono. Kaikki tekivät varmasti parhaansa mutta tämäntasoisessa paikassa pieni sähläys oli kauneusvirhe muuten erinomaisessa kokonaisuudessa. ”

”Because of the age of the building there was no air conditioning. And only a tiny fan in the round. 10” I found it was just to unbearable to sleep. Warm day and room above the kitchen. One member of staff said to mention to reception. She said they have a lot of people say about it and they should be doing something about it. Was I was checking out and mentioned to the lady there. She brushed me off and I felt awkward and hurt. She did not care. ”

”The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.”

”Friendly staff, very nice room with coffee machine and complementary drinks in the fridge. We had nice dinner and breakfast in the pub, was convenient for us to stay one night in the area. The only downside was the sofa bed was not so comfortable and really squeaky! But the kids slept ok and we appreciated being able to stay with our 2 kids in the room.”
