”It rains quite often, so there is always water in the waterfalls, which are quite magnificent. You can handfeed toucans and hummingbirds in the park. In the hotel room's balcony there is a hummingbird feeder so that you can watch them very close. The tour to volcano Poas was a disappointment. The staff advised us to reserve the tour on a previous day, when you have no idea about the weather in the mountain. We didn't see anything there.”

”We love this hotel, shuttle works well, both ways. They will hold your luggage. Comfortable beds, beautiful grounds. We were leaving too early for the free breakfast so they made us to-go sack meals!. We will stay again if in the area. ”

”I will say this hotel was amazing the Homewood across street had some difficulty there but this one location is perfect next to food other than the hotel, a pharmacy and a grocery store all one min walk. Area was great and hotel was beautiful staff amazing. ”

”This place is beautiful. In the middle of the hustle and bustle but on the grounds feels like you are million miles from everything. The grounds are expansive and very well maintained. The pool area is lovely. All the staff from Carlos the porter, Roberto on reception, Cindy in housekeeping and Sebastian on the omelette station, basically everyone we came into contact with were wonderful. Upgrading to the executive package is worth it if you are going to be doing a lot of excursions is so worth...

”Hotel is near the airport so,it is a good stop for amfew days when you are heading somewhere else in CR. Our room for two adults and two kids was the biggest one we have ever seen in a hotel. And breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruits and warm dishes, which you could order from the menu. Hotel also had a nice pool, friendly and helpfull staff and a gym.”
