Very well appointed with clean, comfortable bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen which is large enough for several people to work in at any one time - ideal for groups of people. ”This old coaching inn has been well revamped, service is first class. The food was excellent with good response to individual needs. Although pricey the rooms were up to a high standard. The roll top bath, with no screen, was a triumph of design over functionality. There was nowhere to put the soap! Having a shower without flooding the floor was tricky. The Chef produced first class dishes on every occasion. ”

”We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. ”

”Chef could not handle my no salt soft diet. My wife had to forget about her low salt diet. We were disappointed with the menu, which I found impossible to read because I am red green colour blind. The hotel appeared to not understand what is colour blindness. We shall book again as we have done before. But we will not eat in the evening. This is the second time that we have had issues with the food. ”
