”This was our 2nd stay at the hotel, and we remember why we wanted to come back! The resort is small and peaceful. Lots of activities to keep you busy but not a party resort. The staff is so incredibly kind and they go over and above to ensure guests have a great time. We stayed in the terrace 2 story plunge pool room and it was great. Would recommend!”

”Overall, not bad and a good choice for families, but there are several areas that need improvement.
The resort is very family-friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the restaurants and bars were disappointing.
The main swim-up bar (Mermaid Bar) was consistently understaffed, with what appeared to be only one bartender working throughout the day. I honestly never managed to order a drink there. The bartender seemed overwhelmed, rarely made eye contact, and often didn’t acknowledge...

”Beautiful property. Did not feel crowded ever. Fun staff everywhere. Meals were great, not excellent. Bars were good not great, warm beer occasionally. No drink menu to choose fun drinks from.
Did not care for push to take meeting like a timeshare

”I was very disappointed with the use of the water kayak and buggie board. They claimed it was free. They wouldn't let anyone use them unless you paid for a sea dew. They would just give me the run around all week.”
