”We enjoyed our rest in the calm and peaceful environment. Clean, cozy, and beautiful property. Excellent service, especially, the concierge on the beach Denise, and Rodrigo from entertainment team. Just a few names but the list, indeed, is much more extensive. The resort staff made our stay pleasurable. Thank you! ”

”Honestly was just here to attend a wedding. All food was disgusting not edible….
Pools were dirty and hot and half the staff were rude especially hosts at restaurants. This place is a joke. The resort is big and nice but everyday half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were opened were to busy and you have to wait everyday.
If you are not preferred you can’t go to certain restaurants and bars .
Also Expedia said there’s a resort credit of like $250 ….. that’s not true it’s a scam...

”The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.”

”We paid for ocean view, but not the be right above the music podium with party starting from 7 to 11 p.m every freaking night. And not loud but extremely load. And on top of that the cleaners start cleaning rooms by 7 a.m. horrible experience. Worst experience in all my Stays in Cancun and anywhere else.”
