”When we arrived at Paradisus Punta Cana we were greeted by 4 pink flamingos in hotel lobby (small pond inside the lobby).That was great. Reception staff were selling us a Royal Service upgeade.First the price was over $800/ 9 nights extra, but in the end we got a discounted rate $600/ 9 nights/ 2 people. ”One of the worse resorts I have ever been to the staff was not friendly at all… they never told you that you need reservations to eat at the restaurants on the resort… the resort was very very small.. there were no elevators… we finally made as reservation to eat no one never came to our table after 15min so we just got up & left horrible I would not ever come back here it’s soooo much more to be said about this resort.. check in time was 3 they didn’t let us check in until after 4:30 because...
