”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”Turning Stone for my birthday! We chose Comfort Inn Verona because of the rates, it was half the amount of the hotels around it, and still very nice. Vicki at the front desk was awesome!!! Very friendly, and sweet. After finding out it was my birthday she upgraded our room to a suit. The room was so nice. The air in the bedroom didn’t work, I told staff when we checked out. But the air in the LR area was cold and we just left the doors open. ”

”A solid hotel choice if you find yourself in Upstate NY for work or family, I like that there are two gyms near-by (Plan*** Fitness and the YMCA) plus all the big chain fast-food restaurants. Hotel is set back from the road so it is very quiet. Comfortable beds and standard small-hotel 'breakfast'. Only protein on tap was yogurts. Lot's of drink choices. Coffee machine was on all day which was nice.”

”This is a beautiful old style hotel! The renovations that were done were exquisite and we enjoyed our stay very much we booked a corner room which was very spacious with great amenities..we liked the easy parkng and accessibility. Do not hesitate to book a stay at this “back in time “ gem!!!”
