”everything worked. only downside is that Forest of Arden has kept the credit card deposit open for more than 2 weeks, which is annoying.”

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”Great hotel and really friendly staff. Afternoon tea was wonderful. Room was very clean and tea and coffee available every day. ”

”Make sure you book steam room/sauna, it was fully booked, also restaurant is open from 6pm - food was amazing!”

”The ducks/geese were quacking outside the window during the night.”

”Nice hotel, good quality and location near railway station and town centre. ”

”The most comfy bed, staff were all helpful and lovely, great breakfast, a really lovely stay and would definitely stay again”

”Great location, potential to be a beautiful hotel, but needs some tlc. The room was dirty, dirty toilet, headboard had stains all over it, stains on the sheets. No Iron, ironing board or even a hairdryer in the room. Not suitable for disabled people, steps outside the property, stairs everywhere, no lift. The lady on reception was very lovely and very helpful.”

”Nice and well operated standard hotel, but the age starts to show.”
