”The outside of the property was underwhelming. It looks like a motel but the inside has been refurbished and the room looked brand new! This is one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, even though it was the least expensive on Expedia! Large kitchen with a full refrigerator, sink, microwave…and a 2 burner INDUCTION STOVETOP! Beds were super comfy, shower was large and looked brand new with heavy sliding glass doors. I was truly impressed…once I got to the room. Highly recommend!”

”When I first arrived I was very disappointed in the hotel room I received. After messaging the hotel they fixed the problem I had, immediately. I had a great stay. I also got to see a bear 30 seconds from the property which was amazing. I’ve been to gatlinburg several times and that was my first time seeing a bear. ”

”The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's perfect for downtown and for coming and going and sightseeing. The bedroom was also very big so good for big cases. Malin Goetz toiletries provided which was nice! Housekeeping wasn't great, first day they tried to come in at 6.15pm when we getting ready to go out and the second day we were missing towels and water. Really small towels...we would be used to getting bath sheets in Europe so they seem very small in comparison. They have valet...

”My husband and I were in town for the Scottish festival. The check in was easy and the room was great. It was mostly quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was easy to get in and out of especially with all the traffic in Pigeon Forge. We would stay there again since this hotel is 🐕 dog friendly. ”
