”The hotel lobby area was beautiful! The staff was super and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The lady working breakfast was especially nice. The room appears to have been somewhat updated. Only negative was the bed and bedding seemed like they needed to be replaced or updated. Would stay again! ”

”"This was my first time visiting Pigeon Forge, TN, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive during both check-in and check-out. The room was spotless, living up to the positive reviews I had read. I especially loved the wood flooring; it’s much nicer than carpet and adds to the room's aesthetic. The location is perfect for local travel, parking was easy, and it was great being able to visit The Island without any parking headaches. Highly recommend!" ”

”Booked on a whim for my birthday at the last minute. Loved everything about my stay. Friendly staff, warm and inviting, great indoor pool and hot tub. Room was big and clean. Quiet floor, cute gift shop, loved the firepits outside. The bar area was nice, we had drinks only but the food we saw come out looked good. About a 15 minute walk to the Island which we really enjoyed during this time of year. We will absolutely return.”

”very family friendly hotel located right on the strip. it is an older hotel however it's not terrible by any means and is going into renovations. the lobby is so cozy and welcoming, rooms are nothing to complain about except maybe poor bathroom layout. one and I my complaint from us ok maybe 2. hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke and room doors need insulation badly for hall noise. definitely will be back though as it didn't ruin the stay at all for the price for sure. ”

”We had a very easy check-in. There were no additional charges outside of what I was already told. There was no additional security hold or anything. We did go to the other building to lodge, which is not inside the same building as the waterpark so next time we would probably want to stay in the exact building as the indoor pool if we went again my kids were actually ready to go after one day so we didn’t need multiple days compared to great Wolf Lodge. It was on a smaller scale for my children,...

”This was our first stay at Margaritaville but definitely not our last. The minute I walked into the lobby to check in I knew our stay was going to be glorious. We make a trip to Gatlinburg at least once a year(sometimes 2 or 3). When you walk through the front door you can't help but leave your cares behind and get caught up in the tropical vibe. Every staff member from the front desk, to the bartender, to the maintenance staff was absolutely awesome! Just walking down the hall to our room...
