”We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We stayed in an oceanside suite but the room was outdated and a bit run down. We tipped the cleaning staff well but they only changed out the towels/sheets. They did not clean the toilet or sweep the floors. Pools were nice, wait service was slow. The only other downer was that they pumped loud music through the outdoor speakers at 8:30 am not allowing us to sleep in. Other than those, the food and drink were great and the beach was very clean.”

”The location was unbeatable! Nestled in the heart of downtown everything was walkable. The hotel felt very safe and the staff were all friendly. The beds were super comfy and being on the 15th floor the street noise was not too bad. The room was spacious and the amenities were perfect (microwave, fridge and ice machine.
