”The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage.”

”I enjoyed my stay rooms are very clean comfortable bed pool and hot was good also buffet was breakfast was good staff very nice check in was easy and fast ”

”The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. ”

”When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. ”

”Host was very quick to reply to any questions. House is beautiful, and in a great area with easy access to Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. We will stay here again when we find time to go back and finish the site seeing we didn't get to do during this initial visit. ”

”Recently stayed for a quick overnight. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit more used than expected (wear and tear on the furniture and decor). The room was fine for an overnight but looked across into the indoor pool area, so blinds needed to be closed. The larger advertised restaurant has closed so the cafe is the remaining amenity and the kitchen closes at 9pm for dinner, which we just missed after we arrived. Overall, given other choices in area, I might have picked...

”unfortunatly, our experience was disappointing. when we pulled back the blanket on the bed, we noticed a personal item left behind from previous guests, which made it clear that the bedding had not beed properly changed on the room. this was quite uncomfortable and concerning for us. in additioon, the breackfast did not seem fresh and overall quality was below our expectation.”
