”We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. ”

”This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!”

The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation.
