"I finally stayed in the Court Room, and it was worth the wait. Interestingly, the 28-pod mixed dorm was even quieter than an earlier stay I had in a smaller female-only room. A very positive surprise!
It was great to see how seriously my previous feedback was taken. I deeply appreciated the handwritten apology note from before, as well as the lovely welcome gift (a card and some fudge) left in my pod this time. What truly completes the experience, however, is the professional staff; those who offer genuine kindness, polite "extra words," and a welcoming approach are what make this stay feel so high-quality. It is wonderful to see such excellence and care from these team members.
A small note for maintenance:
I usually find the 1st-floor ladies' bathrooms spotless, but this time there was an unusual amount of water on the floors inside the toilet cubicles (not the shower area), and even in the basket for sanitary products. Also, the background music was missing on that floor—it’s such a nice mood-lifter usually! The other floors were perfect, though.
Despite these minor points, this remains my absolute favorite place to stay. I will definitely be back and will continue to recommend it!"
