No soundproofs, all noise from streets and other rooms can hear very loud. Housekeeping lady came to our room 7.43am while we're sleeping...not after that.

Hotellin sijainti loistava. Osa hotellista oli hieman nuhjuinen ja huoneilma hieman tunkkaista. Sängyt olivat todella kovat ja tyynyt huonot. Kokonaisuutena pettymys.

Four star motel
Great location. The staff does not know the numbers to five in English. There is NO air condition of any kind. Only suites have AC, and the explanation for this was that the hotel belonged to UNESCO??? Mayde United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation only allows air condition on suites? Works for one night, but for a longer period I would choose another hotel.

came late, after midnight with no reservation, got room and 1h mercy time to check out at noon. Basic, good location, nive lobby, minibar with few beers etc. OK place no complainings. Possible go again.

Great place for city travelling
Superb place to stay in Innsbruck, close to everything (except maybe if you go there for the winter activities). The cafe downstairs is lovely and reasonably priced. Our room was slightly on the small side but had everything we needed.

Kiva hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla
Yhden yön yöpyneenä hotellista jäi hyvä kokemus. Respan henkilökunta todella ystävällinen. Huoneemme 120 oli heti hissien läheisyydessä muttei mitään häiriötä aiheutunut siitä. Näkymä ikkunasta oli lähinnä katto- ja seinämaisemaa. Huone oli siisti ja sänky mukava. Kylpyhuoneessa oli amme ja suihku ammeen yhteydessä. Ylimmässä kerroksessa oli kuntosali ja infrapunasauna, joka tuli testattua. Rautatieasemalta käveli kymmenessä minuutissa hotellille ja varhain aamulla lähdettyämme taksilla lentokentälle, kyyti kesti 10 minuuttia ja maksoi 13€. Aamupala oli hieman keskeneräinen 6.30 alkaessa. Koska meillä oli kiire lentokentälle, emme ehtineet/saaneet maistaa kaikkea mikä tuli myöhemmin tarjolle.

The street noise from people around was terrible, no A/C in rooms so we need to keep windows open whole night and the noise coming from outside was awful.. Internet was interrupted most of the time. This was a bad isst.

Location was better than expected, staff was excellent. Easy walk to services and city center. Only complaint was I didn't seem to have control of the room temperature.

Schönes altes Hotel. Leider das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr enttäuschend. Das Gebäck war nicht frisch, die Schinkenplatte sah unappetitlich aus, die ganze Einrichtung konnte in so einem Restaurant viel besser sein.

We booked a 2 night stay at the hotel and have been fully satisfied. The rooms werer clean and well euqipped. All in all the complete hotel could be renewed at some points. The staff was friendly and polite, we got evertything we need just in time. The hotel itself is located right in the center of the city. Old town was just 3 minutes away, main train station just a 5 minutes walk. We would really recommend this hotel.

Great location to explore Innsbruck, everything is within walking distance. Free shuttle to take you to the ski slopes and back. Lovely sauna and fitness suite. Rooftop balcony to see a mountain in the distance.

Charming hotel, excellent location, friendly staff. Just something to keep in mind, I used expedia filter for parking in property and it turns out the parking offered it's a 24 hour public car park. Wifi in rooms (at least in 3rd floor) with poor signal.

Consigliabile perché l'hotel è confortevole e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Oltre che servizi essenziali ben gestiti e funzionali è in ottima posizione centrale in città ma molto tranquilla. La colazione è buona e la pulizia ragguardevole. Noi abbiamo dormito molto bene

スキー旅行のため訪れました。空港からのアクセスもバスで20分程度で、最寄駅から徒歩5分ほどです。 また、受付ではWelcomeカードを発行してもらえる他、Schlic2000とStubaier gletscher行きのバスがホテルの角から出発します。 室内はとても綺麗で収納ボックスがたくさんありました。朝食もよかったです。

Bei der Ankunft war das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr gut finden wir auch die Anbindung an das bekannte Cafe Central. Beim Frühstück hat den Speisesaal eine Maus von einer anliegenden Baustelle durchquert. Meine Frau war davon nicht begeistert.
