”Yes, the room was clean staff very nice.
The only bad thing we got in at 3 AM and our key card scanner was out of batteries. Had to have a staff member come in to let us in. Was fixed first thing in the morning. Was very grateful! ”

”What an absolute gem! I would rate it 5 stars just for the location but this place is absolutely perfect. I had originally planned to stay 2 nights and then go to LA to spend 4 nights there. But after experiencing this hotel I decided to ditch LA expensive trashy options and stick with Irvine for the whole duration of the trip. Stayed a total of 6 nights and everything was absolutely amazing!!”

The room was clean and cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable nicely newly remolded rooms.. I would not describe this place as a hotel I would say a nice motel.
A full hotel experience I would expect a gym and a full breakfast. The breakfast options was grab and go options items, not much nutritional value low end of the food chain. Self service.If you are conscious of what you eat, I would suggest you order your breakfast or go out to find...

”Nice, close to Knotts Berry Farm. Walked from the hotel to the park. Hotel had some deficiencies though, front door was hard to open with card key. Bathroom door did not lock. Hotel seems outdated. Needs a makeover. But locality is perfect if you are going to Knotts.”
