A week long trip
We booked another hotel first but it didn’t work out so I found this one. We were so happy about the hotel. The people who worked there were great and nice and it was such a relief to us to know some of the staff speaks English. When we asked questions or wanted help, they were ready to help us. Especially the two guys working there. Thank you so much for you two doing the extra for us. The hotel itself was so clean and modern. The location was great as well. Lot of shops and restaurants near by. I really recommend this place for everyone who needs a place to stay at in Izmir. Thank you again for the whole staff for your great service!

while in a commercial area location is good to walk to clock tower , sea front , old town and Alsack . Bus / tram/ subways are close by but i did not test it out . Parking may be a challenge but can be found 10/15 mnts away. We were there for two nights touring Izmir and this worked for us . Check in and out was smooth . Rooms are spacious and clean . Bed and linen very comfortable and clean . Good breakfast with hot options . The staff are gems .. concierge , chamber maid, reception, catering staff to management all know and practce amazing guest service . Overall very happy with the stay.

Sehr laute Umgebung da ständig Nachts ab 02:00 irgendwer meint er muss mit dem Dampfstrahler reinigen oder der Müllwagen usw.. Betten sind sehr unbequem (weich) und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden! Ansonsten Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr sehr gut und Hotel ist sauber - bis auf Lautstärke und Betten sehr zu Empfehlen

The property was clean. Room was modern and well.decorated. staff were very friendly and always tried to.please. Breakfast was great. It is a buffet breakfast with everything you could think of to eat. The menu had changes on it daily. It is a short walk from all major tourist attractions. Would definately stay again if visiting Izmir.

Güzel bir konaklamaydı
Basmane istasyonuna çok yakın bir mesafede yer alan hotelin çalışanları, çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer, özellikle kahvaltı servisinde görevli arkadaşlar. Temizlik konusunda ise sıkıntı yaşamadım. Karşılaştığım problemlerse kaldığım odanın kapısı kilitlenmiyordu, resepsiyona bildirdim ama aksiyon alınmadı. Oda kapısına temizlenmesini istediğim yazıyı asmıştım, akşam geldiğimde ise sabah bıraktığım gibi duruyordu. Genel değerlendirmem ise memnun kaldım, teşekkürler.

Perfect Hotel
Everyone at Emens was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a wide range to pick from. Location was perfect you could to anyway within 15 minutes and the zoo and Ephesus was a short drive. Parking was secure underground so you have no worries about the car during ur stay. They would drop ur car off to you and then park it for you once you arrive back

Stylish hotel, well kept and clean. Location is very good and not too far from the attractions like the bazaar and the ruins! Really friendly and attentive staff who helped me out with things to do in the area. The room was spacious but the water in shower was a little lukewarm.

Otel çok merkezi ve ulaşım bakımından kolaylık sağlamaktadır. Otel personelleri her konuda çok destek ve yardımcı oldular. Banyodaki havalandırma pervanesi yüksek sesle çalışıyor ve yatak çok yumuşak olduğu için pek konforlu gelmedi. Bunlar bence otelin geliştirmesi gereken konulardır. Bunlar dışında bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık ve genel anlamda memnun kaldık.

Absolutely amazing hotel!
Absolutely amazing hotel. Real peaceful atmosphere. Most of the staff were very friendly & professional and the guest relations manager does a great job. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping very good at keeping it that way. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was lovely; full of variety and I enjoyed the omelette. There are 2 lovely birds in the dining area; a gorgeous parrot that loves company. I do feel sad that caged birds are kept but I saw that they were both very well taken care of. The hotel is in a not so good part of the town but to be honest it did not bother me and as a lone female walked alone at night to the pier without problems as it’s busy main road with sellers of all sorts of merchandise. If I had one criticism of the hotel it is that I asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking one. Do make sure you insist on a non smoking if you don’t smoke. To be fair to the hotel they did offer to move me the next day but by then I had become accustomed to the smell and couldn’t be bothered as it was New Year’s Eve. I am going back to stay there 100%. 5 star quality for their 3 star rating.

Harika bir tatil oldu bizim için. 2 kadın arkadaş yılbaşı için burayı tercih ettik. En alttan en üst kademeye kadar tüm personellerin ilgili ve güler yüzlü oluşundan odaların temizliğine düzenine dizaynına tatlı diline kadar her şey mükemmeldi. Otelin genel olarak ambiyansı da ilgi çekici. Yemek salonunun olduğu yer kocaman bir cam tavandan oluşuyor, mimarisi de çok güzel. İç açıcı bir deneyim oldu bizim için de. Yemeğinizi böyle ferah bir yerde yiyebiliyorsunuz. En hoşumuza giden sürpriz ise arkadaşımın doğum günü olduğu için küçük bir pastayla sürpriz yapmaları. Biz kahvaltı yaparken kaldığımız odaya 2 tabak, küçük bir pasta, onun yanına da doğum günü ve güzel yılbaşı dilekleriyle birlikte yazılmış bir not bırakmışlar. Bayıldık. Halkla İlişkiler Müdürü Tuğçe Hanım'a bu ince düşüncesi için çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca odamızı daima temiz tutan ve güler yüzünü eksik etmeyen temizlik personellerine, iştah açıcı kahvaltılar hazırlayan ve ilgilenen, yine güler yüzlü mutfak personellerine de, resepsiyonda bulunan personellerinize ve kat görevlilerinize çok teşekkür ediyoruz. 5 yıldızı kesinlikle hak eden bir otel.

Enjoyed a 1-night stay here - the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was extremely helpful. Improvements they could make - brighter lights in the bathroom and not locking the AC at a low of 74 degrees F as it was far too hot. Warning: do not use Google My Business to locate this hotel as it will send you to the bus station. You need to grab the address off of their direct website to ensure you are going to the right location.

Excelentes instalaciones, muy moderno, habitación muy comoda, el baño muy pulcro y de muy buen tamaño, excelentes amenidades y muy completas, nos recibieron de una forma muy cálida y amable por nuestro aniversario de boda, el desayuno es bastante variado, delicioso, hay fruta fresca, ha sido el mejor festejo de aniversario, además esta cerca de la estacion Basmane y de estaciones de autobuses de diferentes compañías, donde de se toma el shuttle para la terminal de Autobuses de la ciudad. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel!

The area is a bit industrial but overall an excellent properly. You will have to walk around 20 minutes to get to the heart of the nicer areas of Izmir. It is close to a very nice Pier with lots of shopping and dinning. The room was very large and updated. I loved the water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay here again! The staff was very nice and professional and spoke English.
