”The property was well maintained with beautiful flowers and grounds. The beach is beautiful great for swimming and an abundance of beach furniture. There are yellow flags to guide you but I did not see a lifeguard.
The rooms are clean with basic amenities but a bit dated still using keys and safety box uses a removable lock.
The staff in the restaurants were polite and friendly. Food in general was very good.
If you are staying for a week you do not get housekeeping services however you can...

”Stayed at Keyonna Beach for a week in August with my husband. It was utterly relaxing and excellent. It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for great and attentive service and total zen&relaxation on a quiet beach in beautiful surroundings, this is definitely your place!”

”Annie was truly the soul of the place. She greeted us cheerfully every time we met and made sure we were well looked after. The view from the main terrace, pool area, and our cottage was spectacular – directly facing the English Harbour.
While the premises could benefit from a little uplift, the rustic style added a cosy and authentic charm.”

”Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water.
