”We loved the Ocean Riviera Paradise! The property was beautiful. We loved the pool by the ocean and the ocean itself were both amazing. The coffee shop Mikes was so cute and part of our daily stops after breakfast and later in the afternoon for a pick me up. There was a park that we played in every day and a family lounge area with games. ”This resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was great, the views were stunning, and everything was spotless and well maintained. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff — everyone was so welcoming and genuinely helpful. Our concierge Victory was the best and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Axel and Julio were also incredible and made us feel so well taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return!”

”Everything about this resort and our stay was stellar. No complaints. Exceptional service by Alfredo, Margarita, Juan and Edith especially . Staff and guests so friendly. Food at buffet bit hit and miss but overall good. We had the Privilege package and i highly recommend. Felt really spoiled. One negative was the chair saving at pool and beach. Difficult to get decent spot unless you get there by 5 or 6am to stake your spot with your towel Overall we loved our stay and will be back!”
