”My room 207 was horrible and dirty. They moved me to 508, the day after. The staff has zero customer service when it comes to being generous to the customer service. They also make you wait as they are supposedly making the move,but you can see that they are not helping you with the will. Beautiful location although I think the staff is to comfortable because they have been in their jobs for so long. This is our 4th time on this property and you can see it declining bad. Clearly it’s a staff...

”Food was very well pretended at certain restaurants, but overall food was great, the grounds were always well kept, security was excellent.. two ares that the overal expirence . 1 resception they seem mechanical and not engaging as the rest of the staff,2 reservations for restaurants are not effective n efficient, i think it it needs a second look on how to make it more patron friendly n efficient..Overall highly recommended the resort, all employees are super friendly. ”
