”Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. ”

”What a lovely place! Spotless, well appointed room with simple, fresh decor. Bathroom also nicely done, with fabulous fluffy towels. Breakfast was super tasty with a great selection of options. And the hosts are really lovely; helpful and friendly without being overly attentive. Not far from either Torquay and Torre stations so great for those not using a car, though parking was also available. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m down in Torquay.”

”Lovely clean room with very comfy bed with some home made fudge treats which were truly scrumptious. We were made very welcome on arrival good advice about local amenities given very helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast using really good quality local ingredients very much appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Torquay. ”

”The BEST guest house i have ever stayed in The room, guest house and garden area was incredibly clean. The owners treated me like family and jumped straight on an issue i had with the shower - genuinely could not have had a better stay. I will absolutely stay there with them again”

”Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay.”

”Wow what a setting. I know it’s only been open for 6 weeks but it is an amazing hotel. Sea view room and the whole room was amazing, huge bed which was so comfortable. Staff were so helpful and polite and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay there again. Nigel White”

”I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year.”

”Lovely hotel and so handy for the station opposite. I had a nice quiet room and I was delighted to have a bath as well as a shower. The decor was slightly dated but none the worse for that and I had everything I needed including plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed.. The staff were very pleasant and helpful”
