”Staff were welcoming and attended to all our needs. Throughout our stay my disabilities were considered and catered for. Thorough emergency planning also. Breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was well stocked, variety of choices for everyone including our dietary requirements. Requests for extra bedding due to disability catered for. Room was clean and well furnished. ”Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy. I booked a junior suite. I recommend highly that you do the same incredible room. I would also love to shout out Oliver who...
