”Beautiful, relaxing, and great stay at the Diplomat Hollywood Beach Resort. Our room was exactly what I reserved for, 19th Floor Oceanview with Balcony. Perfect level with a great view at eye level . Staff is very kind and accommodating. Shout out to Eugene from Bell Service, very nice and helpful. The only issue I found and it’s important, the rooms are not well cleaned. Found pretzels on the floor under desk when we checked in. Also, I happened to still be in the room when I saw one...

”Love this property. It easily became one of our favorites with the atmosphere and the cleanliness. Also the property is a nice size and has all amenities that are needed. Nothing is cheap but your on vacation so be prepared. ”

”The resort location , but it needs more upgrades, the rugs are very old and sofa bed are also very old and not clean it could definitely be better . I’m an old customer at this hotel and it needs more renovations . Overall I felt confortable , great customer service every where / easy check in and out . Definitely we will be back 😊”
