”Cute hotel, staff was earnest, excellent shower, comfortable beds, great coffee and pastries delivered to door every morning. BUT, the upgraded room had nowhere to eat the pasties (unless the desk facing the wall). Only one chair, no side table, and larger expanse of wasted space. The refrigerator is a “cooler” that keeps items at “same temp”. Well the temp was warm. We let them know 3 times and got these answer. ”Such a lovely spot to sit out side, watch and hear the ocean. Very lush, surrounded by beautiful trees. They had a room they were helping the monarch butterflies along. It was beautiful to see and hold the butterflies. Nice fridge with proper freezer. We had a towel warmer in the bathroom . Very peaceful and serene just what I wanted! We will return ”

”The downtown Napa location was a significant advantage of this property. However, the rooms, although featuring comfortable beds, had bathtubs that were too high and showers with weak water pressure. A complimentary breakfast was offered, but the food was pre-prepared, wrapped, and placed in a designated area with room numbers, without any means to heat it up. It's likely that the eggs would have been cold. Throughout our stay, the staff was largely absent from the front desk. We had to inform...
