”Superbe chambre. Très propre.”

”We were only there for 1 night, so limited review. Everything was great with the exception of check-in. It took a long time, as there seemed to be limited staff. Never fun when travelling and tired/hungry.”

”Breakfast and location was okay. But we felt little unsafe around hotel entrance.”

”HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They make no sense when talking to you and no matter what the topic is they will always have something rude to say back to you. And no this wasnt only one receptionist. The same attitude and horrible service followed as shifts changed. The owner should be ashamed as there are multiple public reviews about this dating back MONTHS and clearly they dont care enough to change it. Why even open a hotel if you...

”Problème avec facturation et mélange. Mauvais service au comptoir”

”Nice property overall. I will stay again when I’m in Montreal. The location was very good for food and shopping options and the staff were professional.”

”The hotel is minimalist- no frills. It is very clean. Front desk very kind, but slow to check people in( seems a new computer system the day we arrived). There seems to be adequate parking. A 10 min walk to Snowdon metro and 5 min to nearest buses. Our breakfast was included- basic but reasonable. Coffee available 24/7. Everything is accessible- nice to see. Our room was quiet and I felt safe.”

”The room was excellent. Spacious and clean. Our balcony overlooked the main street. You could safely watch the bustle of traffic and pedestrians go about their daily routines. Centrally located for mass transit opportunities. Lots of nearby restaurants, and the Metro grocery store was a block away. The restaurants and cafes we visited were very "English" friendly. In fact, some employees preferred speaking English. I recommend visiting the nearby cathedral. A remarkable structure. Very...

”Excellent location. Extremely clean with lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Wonderful spot to wander the old port and an easy 15min walk from train station”

”This place is everything you can hope! Big beautiful and clean rooms with all comforts. This was so wonderful experience, Thank You!”

”Erittäin siisti ja loistavalla sijainnilla oleva huoneisto. Varustelun taso huoneessa erinomainen, jopa astianpesuaineet ja pyykinpesuaineet huoneessa. Suosittelen vilpittömästi!”

”The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use.”

”Hello, I’m very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. The bathtub is dirty and does not feel safe or hygienic to use for showering. There is not enough soap or shampoo provided, the towels are ripped and damaged, and the bedsheets feel rough and uncomfortable against the skin. These conditions are unacceptable for a hotel room, especially when guests are paying for a clean, comfortable, and hygienic stay. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues immediately by...

”Wowwww”

”Great stay! Will be back! Had a lovely dinner at the restaurant next door which I highly recommend.”

”The card to the room did not work and we had to go restart the card at the front desk .”
