”I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. There was not an elevator or anyone available to help get the luggage up to the rooms. If you are elderly with knees or back problems, this will be difficult for you to deal with on a daily...

”The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. The pillows were also thin and uncomfortable. The sofa in the main area was slanted and lumpy, and if you attempted to stretch out, you had a bar...

”The perfect home base for a quick trip to see a Cubs game. You won’t find a friendlier or less expensive place this close to Wrigley and the lake. The close proximity to the Red Line L puts the entire city in reach for those non- baseball outings and site seeing. The North Halsted neighborhood, while maybe not for everyone, is such a vibrant and welcoming place. We will be back!”

”This B&B is absolutely worth visiting due to the breakfast. If you are tired of those standard hotel breakfasts visit this place and you'll be happy. Rooms are rather normal and the general spaces are full of "collector's" stuff, don't let that disturb you (ok the weightlifter statue might get the cr** out of you if you stay in the room next to that) .. breakfast is the thing why you come here (you'll get a 5* breakfast in this place). Staff is extremely nice (enjoyed discussing with them a lot)...
