”This property went above and beyond in establishing a comfortable clean place to stay and do business while visiting. This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location.”

”This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.”

”Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

”Fantastic lovely property would definitely stay again and everybody was amazing. The check-in was seamless. The checkout was seamless. They are more than accommodating. I can honestly say that out of everywhere I’ve traveled and I travel a lot. This by far is probably my number one all around experience.”

”We stayed for 3 nights for my wife's birthday. The apartment is in a very modern building with a pool, hot tub, gym, common areas, gas grill and a parking spot. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kevin, the host is very responsive to any messages and check in with the lockbox was easy. It is a short walk to Chase Field, the Convention Center and the Footprint Center (Basketball & Shows). There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance varying from fine dining to taco's. ”Great property. Know that it is a residence building and there isn’t access like a traditional apartment. Walk and getting in and out wouldn’t be easy with lots of bags. And not easy if you want to go in and out with a car regularly. Otherwise unit was comfortable and well maintained. Roof top deck is a nice plus 😉”

”Im not from phoenix so i was unaware that this location was on a bar block, and across the street from the college ASU. It was very noisy. During the day it was noisy with construction and the night was lit even on a Monday. The unit itself was really nice. I appreciated the dairy free creamer with the coffee. The in unit washer and dryer for use was a blessing! I would definitely stay here again. ”
