”Very Clean, Sleeps well, host communicates very well and responds quickly. All aces here!”

”The guesthouse was comfortable and private with its own parking space and patio which was enjoyable. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only small issue is it is a half a block from a busy intersection so street noise is common and sometimes loud even in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper recommend bringing a travel white noise machine.”

”Absolutely perfect! Beautiful views, quiet and relaxing overall. The only negative was the lack of comfortable patio furniture on the 2 patios. There’s 2 beautiful patios with hard folding chairs to sit on and no tables to put anything on. We still had incredible views and a good time, but would have been much better with patio furniture. ”

”I had a little bit of a challenge figuring out how to access the guest house. Credit to the owners, though, they responded quickly and I was given instructions on how to unlatch the gate to get to the guest house in the rear of the property. ”

”Camcelled immediately after booking and requested a refund. Property owner denied it saying they were waiting for me to arrive even though I had cancelled. Total scam”

”Lost one star due to needing a better mattress and the room could use a couple TV trays or something to use to eat on. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.”

”Clean, good location. Relaxing place, everything nice. Nice being able to park in driveway with gate (although it is tricky getting the car in and out of the alley). 2 reasons not 5 stars. The check-in process is complicated. You have to go to the back, open 1 lockbox to open the gate, go to the door, open another lockbox to get the key and driveway gate opener, open the gate and drive in, go to 1st lockbox and relock from outside, then go thru the gate and close the gate(!). It was close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still felt peaceful and relaxing.Brian and Misti were absolutely excellent hosts. Their communication was prompt and helpful from start to finish, and they went above and beyond by sharing great recommendations for local restaurants and a brewery we really enjoyed.
