Quiet time; 10:00pm - 7:00am. Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours.
No Smoking inside but we provide a comfortable outdoor smoking area. We have a small dog and cat that go outside. They are never allowed in the rental

This was an excellent choice. We were greeted by the host and he helped my friend and I with our bags. He then gave us a tour of where we were staying and pointed out lights and the pool, things that may need extra explaining. Everything was as described online & excellent communication with hosts. The place is very lovely and it was perfect for our stay before heading back home. We would stay again. Thank you !

Just the most peaceful place you can imagine. All the wonderful amenities you could want. The hosts were great. So friendly and helpful with quick response always. The bed, pillows Heavenly. One of my favorites were the makeup mirror and Bench to sit on to do my makeup, wonderful. The bidet divine! The rooster crowing in the morning is so cool as you sit out on the beautiful Lanai in the back yard having your coffee.The pool area stunning, private and oh so enjoyable. Lots of different chairs to choose from with neat tables to go along with it. Great fire table to use and the outdoor lighting super cool. All the Keurig coffee, creamer , tea you need, they supply it all. They even have a cold one waiting for you in the fridge.The decor of Boho so fun. This is definitely an Oasis Dream. Thank you for a dream V/K

The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, checking in if I needed anything frequently. The kitchen was well stocked and the private patio and yard were lovely to sit and enjoy the pool and birds. Nice to have a bit more of a neighborhood feel too.

Loved our stay and our hosts! We were only there for one night but this location has absolutely everything you need for a longer stay. Our hosts had a booklet that said having a bed and breakfast was always a dream of theirs, and it really shows when you walk into the property.Very comfy bed, amazing shower and a comfy couch for movies! Loved it.

We've been using VRBO for about 10 years and this property is the best experience of all time. This is my 5* review but I am adding a .From the time we arrived, during our stay our hosts Mark and J'Anne were incredibly attentive. Every need met and questions answered within minutes.They take their "Premier " status seriously. Very private area, well equipped kitchen, very nice decor. Oh and the bed and pillows (probably the most important part of being comfortable) so comfy. My husband's first words in the outside area was, "Wow it's so quiet". Thank you so much! We hope to return someday!

Gilbert stay

We really enjoyed our visit. We had medical appointments and it was so nice to go back and relax. It’s was quiet and comfortable. The pool, even at 107, stayed cool enough to get in. There’s shopping and some restaurants very close. Thanks so much.

This little place was awesome. The living space had a smart TV with a convertible couch. The kitchen was stocked. Plates, convection over, air fryer, fridge. The bedroom was beautifully decorated. Water pressure was on point. Quiet neighborhood. The pool had this awesome little seating area that was nice and shaded. Would Def recommend this spot to anyone looking for a low cost stay.
