”Great Cott”

”Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it...

”Three nights here and zero complaints. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the microwave in the room came in handy for quick meals. Close enough to shops but still peaceful at night.”

”Better than I expected at this price point. Internet was solid so work wasn't interrupted, and walking distance shops meant no stress getting essentials solo during evenings here.”

”Microwave in-room handy for reheating leftovers mid-trip.”

”My room was basic but tidy with no extra decorations. The air conditioning kept things comfortable throughout my visit.”

”Remote included fresh batteries which made using the TV very convenient. The whole process from check-in to checkout was smooth without any issues. Laundry facilities were available for guests after long trips as well.”

”Sleep quality was solid here, quick check-in meant no waiting around after late drives into town or early morning flights back out of SeaTac airport not far from here”

”Road trip stop. Rooms were quiet, better than some motels we stayed at before. Didn't expect much but the location near food spots helped us relax after driving all day.”

”Three nights stayed here went smoothly with essentials like TV, coin laundry services, plus free WiFi covering basics near downtown Kirkland's dining scene.”

”Good location but propety is so-so.”

”Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. ”

”Great place, convenient location.”

”issue with entering into the parking stall -Garage. I was not able to get in with the clicker. ”

”It was very quiet and much nicer than staying in a hotel room.”

”This two bedroom apartment is a perfect location for exploring Redmond and surroundings on foot and by bicycle. Less than ten minute walk from many restaurants and shops, and the Sammamish River Trail and Marymoor Park are 5-10 minutes by bike. On a busy street, but noise was not a problem. Very comfortable beds, comfy couch and chairs, and a nice kitchen, if somewhat dated.Off street outdoor parking is private and with easy access to the apartment.”
