Very good and clean hotel. Location is perfect, many restaurants are within a walking distance. We really liked this hotel.

Our stay was fine. We had issues with our room keys as they would only open the door after several attempts even though the light was green each time we swiped the card. On our second day there they card keys didn't work at all so we had to have the front desk fix them as they shut down after 11am ...

The cottage was really nice. It was clean and nicely decorated. It had so many amenities including a well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds and a great hot tub with an amazing view. The management was friendly and allowed us to check in early which was great.

The location just off of downtown was perfect, and the house was perfect for us. Our host Alla was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed.We would search out this house again if we go back to Ashland for Shakespeare next year!
