”Quality has dropped significantly. I was given a room that had not been cleaned. When I complained they did apologize and moved me to a better room, but even that had dust embedded in the window and the AC unit was pulling away from the wall. Staff appeared indifferent, neighborhood has degraded. ”

”This is our second visit. We booked the stay for a girls outing for my daughter's graduation. Everyone loved it! Moms enjoyed the massage chairs while girls played karaoke and watched movies. We also booked rooms inside the hotel and enjoyed the amenities there along with hanging out in the spa . Everything was great! We would do it again.”
