”Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla Hanian keskustassa. Hotellin palvelu toimi erinomaisesti. Tarvitsimme matkalla hammaslääkäriä, jonka hotellin henkilökunta sai varattua vielä samalle illalle. Muihinkin asioihin saimme apua pyydettäessä. Hotellin aamupala oli mainio ja maukas. Hotellin uima-allas osoittautui mukavaksi paikaksi vilvoitella kuumalla kelillä. Huoneet olivat normaalin kokoisia, hiljaisia ja siistejä, sekä hyvin ilmastoituja. Parveke oli kiva lisä. ”

”Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

”Hotelli sijaitsee Hanian sydämessä, vanhassa kaupungissa. Siellä oli mahdollisuus rauhoittua ja kuljeskella kapeita katuja. Ei mitään kiirettä.Yhteydet muualle ovat hyvät ja lyhyen matkan päässä saatavilla kuten taxi ja bussiasema. Meillä matkan tarkoitus oli olla vain ja viettää "sairaslomaa", siihen saimme mahdollisuuden. Kreetalla olemme käyneet n. kymmenisen kertaa ja tunnemme saaren hyvin. ”Nice property for the money. We love the town, it's our second time there. The pool was very nice.. the Wi-Fi was adequate, our only complaint was the AC had issues. Bed was good, elevator worked, they have a small parking area, holds five to six cars but parking in the alley seemed fine. The balconies are quite large, we enjoyed sitting out on ours. They don't have pool or beach towels / chairs like some of the other hotels do. But overall, was happy with the stay. I didn't try the...

”This was one of the most charming, beautiful boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Veronika went out of her way to help me get my suitcases up and down the steep stairs, gave me great local advice for food and adventure, and was super professional, polite, and friendly. The view from my room was exceptional. The only drawback was the noise level. I would stay there again. If you stay there, you must eat at Tamam - about a half block from Vranas!”
