Every time we didn't get warm or hot water in the shower. Sometimes we had to wait and let water run pretty long time, before it was warm enogh.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella mukava ja saatiin aina ystävällistä palvelua, ainut mikä jäi harmittamaan itse huoneessa oli se että suihkun lasinen ovi päästi vessan lattialle vettä ja se ei ollut mukavaa kun vessan lattiassa ei ollut viemäri kaivoa. Vesi siis jäi seisomaan siihen lattialle moneksi tunniksi. Sijainti oli erittäin hyvällä paikalla, ei liian keskellä kaikkea mutta tarpeeksi lähellä keskustoria ja wavelin linnaa.

Suositeltava hotelli
Viikko Krakovassa. Hotellin palvelu oli erinomainen samoin kuin aamiainenkin. Sijainti on vartin kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista, linna ja joki käytännöllisesti katsoen vieressä. Ympäristön pieni miinus tulee sisäterassin näkymistä, mikä ei kylläkään meitä haitannut samoin kuin ei myöskään vieressä oleva rakennustyömaa.

Stayed here for 6 days they had one really good receptionist called Natalia she was so helpful with maps and how you get about. The room was nice and spacious however housekeeping is very hit and miss if they decide to clean your room. Breakfast time is self service buffet style if you like to eat slowly and have a relaxing NJ start to your day you get looked at constantly by one member of staff she will walk around to look at you even tho it wasn’t busy at all. I booked a wake up call for my departing day and requested 3am…..the male receptionist with tattoos booked it for 0345!? When I had told him transfers were collecting me at 4am. Nice hotel but don’t rely on the staff except Natalia

Caro Mauro,Grazie per aver trovato il tempo di condividere la sua recensione sul soggiorno presso il nostro hotel. Siamo lieti che la camera abbia soddisfatto le vostre aspettative. Ci scusiamo per il problema della velocità di pulizia della camera, che cercheremo di chiarire con il reparto pulizie. Per quanto riguarda la pausa tra le 13.00 e le 14.00, il personale è in pausa pranzo a quell'ora, quindi il ristorante è chiuso e la reception potrebbe non essere aperta per un po', naturalmente ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.I nostri migliori auguri

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff very helpful and polite. However the breakfast not very hot and we thought overpriced.

Beautiful boutique hotel within easy walking distance of Wawel castle and the river. Very quiet. Decorated to a high standard. Staff team could not do enough to help.

Highly recommended
Customer service Top. There was an issue with vip benefit at check in but lovely young lady at the reception sorted it very well. Very good location. Easy to find a parking space. Small hotel like brand new. Recommend a cheesecake 👌
