”My 16 year old daughter and I LOVED this homey cottage. The host is wonderful and helpful where he responded in a timely manner to questions. The washer and dryer are not in this "charming cottage", but at the front of the property by the container and mail boxes where they are accessible. This cottage is located at the back of the property and it is very quiet. I took several pictures and included this one because it shows more of the very nice kitchen area. ”Perfect place if your looking to getaway for the weekend to unwind; Penny Lane was just the right size for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. Ragan and Andy were great hosts and were either a phone call away or making their rounds on the property if we needed anything. ”

”This was my very first Vrbo! It went great! Location is perfect! Close to of things and lots of convenient options. About 30 mins from everything. Winery’s distillery’s and amazing food! I would definitely consider this property again. ”

”Tucked away with private parking, fresh eggs, visits from a sweet rescue dog, a pool, and great a/c. I even saw a small herd of deer in the neighborhood. We stayed for a week while in town visiting family. Convenient to shopping & only a short trip downtown. Gracious & responsive hosts. We plan to stay again when we return to Austin.”
