”Such a beautiful space! My spouse, two kids and I loved our stay at the treehouse. The house feels quiet and serene, but is super close to all the Woodland Hills amenities and Topanga Canyon. The kids loved hanging out in the loft space! Highlights include the full stocked kitchen, gas grill, beautiful views and the upstairs Toto toilet! We would love to stay here again.”

”This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck.
