”Had a good time there, food was great, beautiful quiet hotel, the one thing i didn’t like was that sometimes we had to wait to get into restaurants , but everything else was perfect ”
”This hotel LITERALLY saved my vacation. I had a horrible experience at a previous one and my partner and I booked this one as an emergency because the first hotel didn’t have hot water. When we arrived we immediately noticed the difference in the hospitality and AMAZING service given by the staff.
Dafne and Johnathan (Johnny) helped calm our nerves and put smiles on our faces. We could’ve literally cried. From helping us to our rooms, celebrating my partner’s birthday by giving us a celebratory...
”Good hotel, not too much entertainment, but dining options were nice, staff friendly, property was clean. I only stayed 4 nights and went on daily tours, so I didn’t get to use spa or gym etc., however, I checked them out and they looked nice .”
”This was a nice hotel outside the big hotel area of Cancun, by the water, but not the beach area.
Nice balcony overlooking the pool area. Nice and quiet, but it would have been good to have a car since you are a bit isolated in this area. Good bus service into the beach area. Very friendly and helpful hotel personnel. ”

”An excellent hotel offering a wide range of dining options. The preferred club suites are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. However, I would prefer a firmer mattress as the current one was too soft for my liking. Additionally, enhancing the pool areas with music would greatly improve the atmosphere, considering this is an adult-only hotel and not a spiritual retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”
”The experience at Grand Park Royal luxury resort was nothing short of fantastic . We originally booked the swim up suite but decided to take advantage of our free upgrade to the Premium Suite which was breathtaking . Our butler Jessica did an amazing job. Damian the bartender at the rooftop lounge is fantastic as well as Christian at the Lobby bar . The food was great however I feel like the room service options could’ve been a little better . Highly recommend the breakfast at the buffet ....

”This property is a MUST when visiting Cancun!
The staff is exemplary-entertainment is phenomenal, and above the resort is always clean and well kept.
One of the BEST resorts in the “hotel zone”-hands down. ”
”The hotel staff were so kind and pleasant! The hotel itself was very clean and spotless. The food selections were delicious at Case Madre and rhe Japanese Restaurant were delicious. The resort is very enjoyable and we will definitely be back. We stayed for 5 nights, 6 days and did not want to leave.A much needed time away and Marriott made us feel at home!”
