Horrible absolutely do not stay here. Horrible waste of money. Basically it’s a bunch of drunk obnoxious parents and their l teenage underage kids drunk rude disrespectful thieves parents and kids both acting like they’re better than everyone else. No one is friendly or wants to be friends or have a good time. It’s primarily all 14–20 yr old kids drunk. Do not bring ur daughter here or allow her to go. The food is horrible and tastes like garbage. Better be up at 7 am to put ur towel on ur chair before going back to bed for a couple more hours if u can sleep thru the constant noise of housekeeping the blasting music screening kids and the drunk guests. The staff and management concierge? Useless. They shouldn’t even be there as they accomplish nothing. All they will tell u is what they can’t do not what they can do to help you, and even if they do it will be so pathetic or so overly priced sufficient is not even enough to describe how useless it will be. They use the “idk Spanish” bs to get out of everything or not do anything for u. I could go on and on but head my advice this place is 0/10. Stay elsewhere. Hardrock needs to take their name off this PAM hotel disaster, such a disgrace. Oh and the food taste like a tough leather shoe. Won’t ever stay here or another hardrock ever again.
