”If you wanted to sit by the pool, you had to be out at 7:30 in the morning to mark your chair with the flags provided to you by the facility. Trying to get beach chairs and poolside chairs was very difficult. People would mark the chairs at 7:30 in the morning and wouldn’t even come use them till afternoon. ”

”I enjoyed Mayan Monkey! It was close to a lot of the fun activities and nightlife. The view of the ocean didn’t look so good because of the construction, and my room 206 (co-bedroom) was never cleaned and I was there for 4 nights and five days. However the staff were wonderful, professional and super sweet! Their food and happy hour was awesome. I’ll be back!”

”For the amount of money they charge at this resort, there’s plenty more that offer better service and newer ambience than this place. Since you can never rsvp a spot for one of the Resturants through their app because it’s almost always full you would eat at the buffet which literally had the same food everyday for the 4 days I was there. Another downside to this resort is they do not provide you with any BOTTLED water. You literally have to use one their used water jugs and fill it up from a...
