”Hotel was great very, close to Universal resorts and property. Was very close to restaurants around the area in Luciana. Staff were very friendly and helpful for our stay. Checked in with Luciana and was extremely smooth process took no longer than 10 minutes. Our stay was very comfortable and went very smoothly! Would recommend for vacationing to go to the universal parks!”

Just perfect. Nothing to complain, really. Full 10 out of 10 points to this resort. Especially: iI you are flying out, take advantage of the superior airline check-in service and complimentary transportation service to the airport. That leaves you with such a positive experience that sure you want to come back! Fabulous! Life made easy an such a joy!
