”Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

”The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff. ”The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.”

”Everything was fine. I always enjoy my stay there. As far as amenities go it's a small gym and pool, which I don't use, so it doesn't have any effect on me.”

”Great location for family visit. Friendly helpful front desk staff. It was quiet! Clean room & appreciated the kitchen. Did not like paying for parking. Water faucets could be tightened as too much water is being wasted, in the shower especially. Bathroom air vent needs a serious cleaning. My stay was great.”

”Needs better care. Repairs look shoddy and half assed. Plaster splitting. Wall base had visible water damage. Rust around drains. No sink stopper. There’s a gap under the entry door. Had to put a towel down to keep cool night air out.”

”From the outside, the property looks perfectly acceptable, but once one gets closer to the room, it’s a trash pit. The sidewalk, stairs and walkway to the room was littered with trash. There was a half full bottle of Gatorade pushed into the outside corner of the room, and for the 3 days we were there it never moved. The room was a mess. It was obvious that it hadn’t been vacuumed as there were piles of lint everywhere. There were long black hairs across one pillow and in the bed. The...

”We stayed only one night since we went to a concert at the verizon amphitheater. The room was nice&clean, airco was quiet and the breakfast buffet was great. The breakfast included fresh fruit, different cereals & yogurts, waffel station, different eggs, porridge etc. There is really nothing close to the hotel but you can drive 10min to a nice mall.”
