”Overall we were happy with the property! Our kids enjoyed the pool and the themed rooms.The front door lock was a bit hard to figure out at first, but the house was ready when we arrived at check in. The minimal toiletries that they stated would be there weren't (other than a trash bag), so we had to run out immediately after arriving for toilet paper and paper towels. Bummer they dont offer the Resort ammenties or we would book again next time to golf as well.”

”Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site”

”We stayed for a week at this property. We have stayed in Champions Gate 6-7 times now. This was the best one yet! The house was beautiful, well equipped, well decorated, and everything worked. ”All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. ”Our stay was top notch. The property was as described. Very clean. Everyone in our family had a comfortable spot to sleep and plenty of room to play. If you have little children, beware that there is no gate to block off the pool, however the locked patio door is helpful. We stayed at the end of March and did not require pool heat. We were extremely happy with our stay!”

”The property was as advertised. We have been staying in Windsor hills area for about fifteen years when we vacation and unfortunately it has become super saturated with renters. However, I believe this to be the case everywhere close to Disney. The Walmart is a madhouse but hey it is super close. The guest house is nice but don’t lose the bands. ”The house overall was awesome. The kids sure used the pool constantly . The bbq was not great so wouldn’t get next time . The kitchen items could use a little updating . ”Nice place in overall. BUT, this is a resort and they aim to get you to invest on resort share and not in the nicest way. We checked in late at evening after a long and tiring drive. After checking in we were send to person called Doug, whom we though to be a host or somekind. Doug told us he would get the best price for the Universal and Disney parks. We would get the tickets next day after a tour where we would be shown the whole resort area and before that there would be free lunch....

Worst service ever
"Hilarious service: all the reseption and breakfast personnel at the restaurant were unbelievalbly rude. Actually never had such bad service on any continent (been to all exept Australia and New Zealand). You should not book this hotel unless you are spanish speaking because they treat you like sh.. In Finland we are raised up to never disrespect people by their profession or status, be they cleaning personnel or management. These people in this hotel are out of this world. They do their best to be make customers feel bad. I never speak to anyone without a smile but really these people were just so unfriendly. One exception: house cleaning and bar staff were excellent and professional. "
